What's for breakfast: Strawberry Rosemary Overnight Chia Oatmeal
This recipe is pretty fancy sounding. But I could eat rosemary on everything (and it is one of the few plants I can keep alive on my balcony). So I was intrigued to try it with something sweet rather than savory, and it was surprisingly good!
It's also easier than it sounds and is a great alternative to regular ol' chia seed pudding. I made a batch last night and tried it this morning and it was super good. I was crazy busy at work, so I wasn't able to have lunch until 2pm, but it kept me full. And it made me feel like Gwyneth Paltrow. Now I'm inspired to try some of the other recipes that are part of her Quick, Three-Day Summer Detox. Fancy recipes are fun!
