No need to take vitamins when you're eating vitamin-rich foods! And that includes desserts :-) I definitely have a sweet tooth (give me all the chocolate!), but I really make an effort to make my own desserts, so I can ensure that there's no processed sugars and oils and there are at least some added nutrients too!

These no-bake Seed & Cranberry chocolate bars are an easy way to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty. Pumpkin seeds are great source of fiber, magnesium, iron, zinc and antioxidants. And the coconut oil is a fantastic healthy fat with its own slew of benefits (including helping to burn fat). Add dark chocolate and cranberries and you have the perfect tasty treat. 

Speaking of chocolate, I recently tried the EatingEvolved products. OMG, they are sooo good. If you're in the US, buy some NOW!
