What's for breakfast: Paleo pancakes
I actually don't make pancakes that often (I seriously love that Chia seed pudding too much!) and Warren finds them boring (he'd rather have a full English breakfast). But we babysat some friends' children the other weekend, so it seemed like a good excuse (I also occasionally make them for dinner when Warren travels...).
Since, I try to avoid gluten and limit grains, I've collected quite a few paleo-friendly pancake recipes, which mostly use coconut flour. There are also so many other great ingredients you can add to increase the nutrient density. Warren can tell you that I could care less about calorie counts of meals but don't you dare feed me something that isn't nutrient dense! Food is fuel people, so let's make every bite count - meals should be both delicious and full of nutrients!
